Transparency

Citizens should be treated with respect. Citizens should expect honest and open communication. Board decisions should not be taken in the darkness. Meeting minutes should accurately reflect actions taken at meetings. Board members should not take action outside of board meetings. State law restricts the purpose of Executive meetings, we think the Board should be in compliance. Petty squabbles among board members should not be fought out at the expense of the district (which is paid for by the citizens).

Michelle Marie Kinney;

1.      We will not accept money, Visa Debit cards, or any such type of gift from contractors or vendors.

2.      We will not accept the $100.00 per meeting stipend currently paid to the Board members. We are volunteers and wish to serve the citizens.

3.      We will not use citizens’ account information (such as phone numbers) to make unwanted contact.  We will not troll citizens on social media.
